Job description

 

The Business Development Executive Residential will support acquisition, sales, and broker relationship management initiatives across both luxury and affordable housing segments in the US market. The role involves lead generation, sourcing the properties, cold calling, pipeline management, market research, and coordination with internal teams to drive residential sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with residential real estate brokers, wholesalers and agents across US markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, email outreach, facebook, LinkedIn networking, and digital research.
  • Identify and source properties through the brokers, wholesalers and research work.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and maintain a good relationship with brokers and prospective buyers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage a structured short, medium, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
  • Support client discussions, property presentations, and negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery.
  • Conduct residential market research, track pricing trends, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Ensure smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0-10 years of experience in Residential Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Luxury Sales or related fields.
  • Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions confidently.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to work on US market requirements and timings, if applicable.
  • Basic understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
